✧🌼✧🌻✧🌼✧ Terms of Service ✧🌼✧🌻✧🌼✧🌻Personal Usage🌻-My art is in NO WAY to be associated with any form of AI. It cannot be used to create other works, to train AI, or be modified by AI in any way, shape, or form.
-The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied, or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
-You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.
-You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
-You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
-You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).
-The client must give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions.
-Emotes you purchase are non-commercial and only for personal use.
-You do not own the copyright of the art, just the right to use them on listed platforms (twitch/discord/bluesky/youtube). If you would would like to use them on different platforms as well, please bring that up. I'm not opposed to it, but would like to discuss it prior.
-If you intend to use my art on Twitter, I must be asked beforehand. Allowance of the usage of my art on Twitter depends solely on the type of art you are commissioning.🌼Commercial Usage🌼-The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
-I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.
-I can refuse any and all commissions I deem fit.
-I have a no refund policy unless I deem myself unable to complete your commission due to outside forces or such.
